Request for proposals

Please find here a request for proposals for the ACESQ’s research project on the accessibility of public employment services for English-speaking Quebecers. This project aims to document the challenges encountered by English speakers and service providers in accessing and delivering public employment services in Quebec. Proposals must be submitted by the 21st of January 2026.
